newbie can't get software to download

I purchased Basic4android software today. I received an email telling me to click on the following link to download.


I keep getting the message download failed. I have Android 4.04 running in a IRULO Chinese tablet, cortex A8 with no memory card.

Is there away around this problem or is it a case of my tablet not being compatible with this software?

I'm following the instructions they sent me in an email. Am I supposed to download the file to my windows desktop? I'm trying to write an app for my android tablet. What am I missing here?

Basic4android IDE is a Windows program that creates Android applications. You should download it to the desktop.
