Newbie: screen pixels

I have a screen of 240 pixels (I presume) and draw a line 0,0,0,100 and I see it on the extreme left edge. OK
I draw a line 238,0,238,100 I don't see it. I presume it to be one pixel wide so it should exist in 239 (but starting at 238?) which is the extreme right edge.
In practice, to see it I must use 237.
Why?

Thanks badkarma, I had not got anything in a state to run on PPC so didn't try it.
I think this needs resolving if it is bug; perhaps Erel can say.

I assum you mean on the desktop. I have discussed this with Erel before but the effect is still there. It is different between XP and Vista - see screenshots in this thread http://www.b4x.com/forum/bug-reports/530-form-size-problem-pc.html

Yes, remiss of me not to be specific, sorry.
Perhaps in the next version. It seems odd to have pixel differences between XP and Vista.
