Nexus 7 w/jellybean 4.2.2

I have been doing development without incident. My Nexus 7 was upgraded to 4.2.2 and all stopped. b4a can not find the device. I could not find the USB debugging option. After searching I found the secrete, tap the settings-about 7 times and the developers option appears. I checked the USB debugging but b4a still will not find the Nexus 7. Does anyone have any ideas to fix this?:sign0085:

Try unplugging and plugging back in the Nexus 7 to the PC, you should see a "permission" dialog. This permission was added on the latest version of Android.

No. I am using win XP due to continuing issues with win 7
