Android Question NHFusedLocation - dont work for phone api = 22&25

Hello, I am trying to use the NHFusedlocation library on several phones:

API 29: working
API 22 & 25: does not work even with version 1.10 of fusedlocationprovider

Do you know how I can fix the problem?
