Java 11 also installed, still to the same, I tried on two other laptops and just install java jre and the application can run and work properly. Unfortunately, it still does not work on my new one.

It doesn't matter whether Java is installed or not. Make sure that the IDE is configured to use it (Tools - Configure Paths).

Paths configured correctly .An application that works properly on several other computers, on my laptop does not work - it means , there isn't any font. The application created on this computer also does not have a font. I changed font styles in the designer - it also did not help. What is missing from this system?
