Android Question not in gzip format problem

hi every one i had problem with jrdc when I send command To server the problem not in gzip format is shown I have updated all code in server and in client when i try again the same problem happen
I did not know what is the real problem I do all steps i saw in the previous threads

what about config.properties file configure it before compile jrdc2 file or i can use the file i use it in rrdc1
