Bug? Not sure?

I'm writing a project and i saw something wrong and cant understand bug or not?

When remove the quotes in the project, it is working how i want.
I think a pivot problem for objects or not (pivots set is always top left), can u help me for this subject?

Anchors and designer script are only applied when the layout is loaded. Later, if the layout is changed then you need to programmatically update their position. View.SetLayoutAnimated is useful for such cases.
