Wish NOTES tab in IDE

i don't know if it's practical since i'm new to programming but I think it would be nice to have a notes tab where you could write down ideas that pop in your head so they don't get buried in the codes and eventually forgotten.
For now I use a code module with apostrophes in the first character of every line XD
