Android Question notification google push server

i did all steps right to start user notification google service but step 6 (as shown in the image) it has error
,,any ideas???

It is recommended to use Firebase Notifications (FCM) for new projects. It is simpler and more powerful: FirebaseNotifications - Push messages / Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
