Wish Notification listener library

Anyone working on a Notification listener library for API 18? I know a few people have posted something on the forum but lately no news.

This library would be great great to respond to stuff from other apps., not sure why people aren't interested?

I tried to do it a couple of weeks ago, spent a while on it, but cannot figure it out.

I know XverhelstX had a quick go but had no compatible device to test, so soon gave up.

I asked a question on Stack Overflow but still don't have a decent response:

bitstra seems to be the only guy that has done something but he is actually not responding unfortunately.

Will give up on it for now then, what a shame. One of the coolest features available and no library
