Android Question Notification take very long time, why? and how to solve ?

I used new google-notification technique thanks for Mr. Erel, and thanks for Mr. FrostCodes.

" it worked good.
But take very long time until notification reached to mobile (some time take more thank 10 minutes) while when I send WhatsApp message reached to same mobile (with all same mobile-state) it take one or two seconds).
What is the problem ? how to make notifications take seconds like WhatsApp or other fast notification Apps. ?

Start with sending the messages with the B4J tool. They should arrive almost immediately.

Is it known what system Whatsapp uses to send notifications?
Do you think it uses Google push notifications?

It uses the same push notifications system. This is an OS feature.

When the app is running it can receive the messages directly from Whatsapp servers.
