Android Question NotificationBuilder doesn't show

Hi everybody,
I can't explain, why this short program show me no notification.
There is no error and the log display me that the clicks work.

Does anyone has an idea?

B4a 9.3 Build#4, Samsung S7 Android 8

Check here and tune, but I would anyway move to NB6 class.
