Obfuscation on different devices

I have found that while using httpUtils and compiling code 'obfuscated' the asus transformer tab does not show download progress while the acer iconia tab does.

On the transformer tab the events that update progress seem to not fire. The 'complete' event does fires when done.

If I compile as released (not obfuscated) httpUtils shows progress properly on both devices.

Is the obfuscator at fault here? Has anyone else seen this behavior?


I am using B4A v1.9. I have downloaded the latest version. I just haven't migrated my projects yet.

Change the sub name of the sub that handles the event and add an underscore to it. It will prevent the obfuscator from obfuscating this sub name.

Running it with V2.x will probably fix it too (assuming that the value is CallSub is a constant string).
