B4J Question Offline Zebra printer service, it's possibile?

Hi to all
is it possible to get this feature offline?
This is a service via API and HTTP requests that allows you to preview a label to be printed
I would like to insert this function in B4J but offline, is it possible?
I found this file on the web (see Attachment) but I don't know if it's right for me.

No. It is a WEB SERVICE as far as i understand.

We do offer an offline version of the Labelary engine licensed for local use. Please contact us for licensing information.
