Android Question old kiosk mode and b4a 8.30

I have compiled an old project that use the kiosk mode (android <5.0).
When I start the app I have this error:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Cannot change properties after call to SetInfo. Initialize the notification again.

of course with the 7.80 compiler all work fine.

Where is my error ?
