I think it is a setting. Many times ago Erel set it to 15 days, then 30 and then he added the check box to be able to "force" thi restriction and write anyway.

I suppose he will do it again this time.

This warning appears after 10 days. The purpose of this warning is to encourage members to start a new thread for their question instead of replying to an existing one.

There are cases where it makes sense to ignore this warning and reply.
