Releasing an album in a country doesn't mean the singer/Songwriter to be from that country.

Anyway: We, the People of Germany, never accept DJ Bobo to be german.

There are good Songs from the 9ies (e.g. Snap, The Prodigy, Underworld, Massive Attack, etc.).
