Android Question Open App from Notification (Lock Screen)

Hello everybody,

when starting my app, a permanent notification is displayed in the notification bar. If the phone is locked, tap the notification button to start the app.

This is gonna work out. Unfortunately, it does not work if the lock screen is active.

How can I open my app visibly via the notification without unlocking the lock screen?

Can someone help me?

Thank you. I already tried. The app must already be open. When the display goes off, the app remains active in front of the lock screen. But I want to start a closed app via the notification and then display it in front of the lock screen.

Unfortunately, probably only WhatsApp, Messenger can do it.
