Android Question open failed : eacces ..

min sdk: 14
target sdk : 23

I get this error.

.... open failed : eacces (permission denied)

When i make target sdk 22 there is no error.But googleplayconsole does not allow to install.
Target sdk does not allow to load from 23 to 22.

1. Instead of nearly unreadable Pictures you should post the content from the log as text here. Even the content from the manifest (AS TEXT).
If you use SDK 23 you need to use RuntimePermission

What do you want to show me? The error is the same. See the log. ACCESS denied to this file.

Upload a small example project which shows the problem.

Without knowing and running your code it is hard to give any concrete help

1. You are using API 23! YOU MUST USE RUNTIME PERMISSIONS! I told it in #2
Go over the RuntimePermision tutorial and add it to your code the right way.

Don´t expect me to do the work for you!
