Android Question Open SDK Manager doesn't open

Hi,
I installed B4A 8.3 and during the configuration of the paths if I press "Open SDK Manager" nothing happens.
I see also the video "B4A Installation and Configuration" to find where I'm wrong.
I installed the zip file from the B4A installation page.
Do I need to install the latest version of command line tools?

Have you set the path to javac?

Yes, I inherited the paths configuration from B4A 7.01, in particular:
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_25\bin\javac.exe

Your Java version is too old. Download the latest Java 8 (follow the link from the b4a page).

After the installation of latest Java 8 the SDK Manager works.
