In VS we can use in a sub :

Public Function RemoteAskPosition(ByVal Issi As String, ByVal CallType As String, Optional ByVal matchCase As Boolean = False)

Is there a way in B4A to do a "optional" ??

No.

Instead of single values you can use a Map/List/Array (only one parameter needed but with possible any additional values you need)
