Android Question OSMDROID and "Api Key Required"

For some time, "CycleMap" requires a API KEY. The map displays the map with an label "API Key required"
I tried to get one from CloudMade (see post https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/osmdroid-mapview-for-b4a-tutorial.16310/#post92864)
But the link is unattainable and I did not find how to get a KEY API from this site.

I got a KEY API from a similar site (Thunderforest) but I do not know how to apply this key.
If I enter in the Manifest

AddApplicationText (<meta-data android: name = "THUNDERFOREST_KEY" android: value = "08f ....... 81" />)

In summary: how to avoid the appearance of API Key required ?
