Android Question OSMDroid MapQuest Server Error

Good morning,

I have encounter this problem about 1 month already.
Until now, the MapQuest Server still has problem.
My Android Application cannot show the map.
When I check with Mobile Atlas Creator, it cannot show the map tiles as well.

So, please help us to solve that problem.
The reason I choose to use OSMDroid library and not Google is because
OSMDroid give us the possibility to use offline map.
But now, we cannot download offline map, nor show the map online.

mapquest isn't having a problem; it discontinued its unkeyed version years ago. just sign up for a key, and
you're good to go (within the limits of the plan you choose with them). they've
also changed the map design itself. i use it, no problem. but it is not unlimited like it was before.
