I would like to use this solution and send the application to friends for testing.

I do not understand this action that I have to do:
1. Add the beta tester device UDID to the provision file and download the updated file.

How to do it?
Do I have to add a new device in the Apple developer console?
Is there another way to install applications outside the apple store?

Sorry I am new and I am just starting to embrace the cuvette.

ALL>Register Multiple Device> choose file(send a text file)

text file format
Device ID Device Name
A123456789012345678901234567890123456789 NAME1
B123456789012345678901234567890123456789 NAME2

I have to give UDID and name. Can the name be any or does it have to match the name of the phone?
