iOS Question OTA deployer URL issue

The OTA deployer gives me a URL. It works when I paste in Safari on an iPhone 8, but does not work when I paste in Safari on an iPad.
It says "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid".
I'm using the same gmail address on both devices, so I'm testing the same exact link as they're coming from the same email.

I'm stuck (once again) and frustrated.
Can anyone help with this please?

I am using 2.03 ?

The URL is probably not the issue.

Is it a 64 bit device?
Have you added its UUID to the provision profile?

Can you install on the iPad from the IDE?

All the above was done correctly.
It turned out to be Safari... once I paste one of these URL's in a tab, I cannot do another in the same tab.
