Android Question Overlay image in video from camera

Good morning, First congratulate everyone for their work.
I am working on a project where I must record video from camera with an overlay image ...
I plan to use Camera2.
I've achieved it in the Preview ..
They have some idea to record it in some file ..

You will not be able to do it with real video. You can use GetPreviewBitmap with a timer to get a frame, draw over it and save it. You can save it as MJPEG.

I guess that you will be able to get about 10 frames per second.
