Parallax Background on Live WallPaper

Hello All, i was wondering if it's possible to create a parallax effect on the live wallpapers created with Basic4Android, i'm thinking something like having two different images, one background and the other one the foreground, on

Sub lwm_offsetchanged(Engine As LWEngine)

when the user swipes on the screen, somehow make the foreground image move a little faster than the background!

Has anyone done anything like this, if so would you mind sharing how you did it?
