iOS Question password for ITunes Connect Uploader

Good day to all the community,
I have my first app in review on Apple Store, now I'm trying to upload another app always on Apple Store,
to do it I'm using ITunes Connect Uploader, unfortunately it asks me for a password to do it, surely because of my age,
I don't remember how to get the password. Can someone help me?

Create App specific password https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage

You dont need to be creating it everytime. You can keep it and use anytime you want to upload
