Android Question permission problem

Hi,

I have already add 'AddPermission("android.permission.MODIFY_PHONE_STATE")' into Manifest. BUT, I still get 'java.lang.SecurityException: Neither user 10102 nor current process has android.permission.MODIFY_PHONE_STATE.'

Why ? Would you help me ? Thank very much !

Maybe it is beause it is not allowed for 3rd party apps...

MODIFY_PHONE_STATE
Added in API level 1
String MODIFY_PHONE_STATE
Allows modification of the telephony state - power on, mmi, etc. Does not include placing calls.

Not for use by third-party applications.

Constant Value: "android.permission.MODIFY_PHONE_STATE"
