PictureTaken2 Bitmap Data

I am trying to use the TakePicture2 method in the ACL library so that i can rotate the photos taken. It works just fine, but the Data() As Byte array seems to be empty in the PictureTaken2 sub when I try to save them as jpegs.

The same code works fine using the general TakePicture and PictureTaken events.

Any ideas?
