I don´t think that you are able to enter PIN and/or PUK by code!

the deviceuser is forced to enter PIN/PUK.

There is no programmatically way. At least i don´t know about any way.

Thanks for your comment, friend.
It could possibly be possible to enter a PIN code if AT commands could be used. What do you think?

There is no exposed API in Android for this. It might be possible to do it on rooted devices.
