Android Question Place View (Button or EditText) on top of VideoView

Hi guys just want to ask how i can implement this. My Views get Cropped or is not rendered properly when place over a videoview.

Seems to work fine here. Just created a layout with a panel and a button over the panel (not a child).
The VideoView was added to the panel.

Ok thank you for the noob question. I was adding the videoview to the activity and not a panel. After adding it to a panel all is good, thank you!
