Android Question Play asset delivery question

Is there a way in B4A now to use Play asset delivery? Is this done by creating different aab files?

I would be interested for example to be able to download a file based on the user's native language once the app started running. Also to have files that can be downloaded from google play once an user makes an in app purchase. At the moment I am downloading these files from my server.
