A poker game I made because I liked playing the board version as a kid. I used the Floating Windows class from Informatix as a start and modified the class to build the game.
I played it on the C64, it was a type the code in game from Computes Gazette.
Funny thing though is mine was part of my learning for B4A. It was never to be released and has not. It was just part of my learning.
And
I converted the B4A module for scoring to a .NET VB DLL. That was used in this c# program on the windows store. I wrote it and my son published it.
So in a way, B4A made it to the Windows store!!!
I'm showing my age but I played it pre-computers. It was a game my uncle had that had a plastic, fold up cabinet and you would slide the cards into slots. I copied down the scoring and would play it with just cards on a table.
I published mine for yuks, originally, for 99 cents. It languished for over a year with no takers. I made it free about 2 months ago and now have a whopping 12 current installs and one 5 start review. I'm going places!!!
