A simple program to help you polar align a telescope. It's a bit pointless really because I have a polar scope with a reticule!

I have no formal training in programming all self taught so please excuse (or better still educate me) if any of the code doesn't conform to accepted standards.

Sorry I have added now, there's one improvement create the settings file if it can't be found!

It looks good. You can add button for OK in the settings form if you wish...
