The ad networks I have found pay on a per-click basis rather than for each impression – Admob, etc.

They like to report eCPM, but this is sort of phoney. Effective cost per 1000 impressions means: "if we paid you per impression, this is what you would have received".
They are renting space in my app. I should get paid each time they rent that space not only when their ad is good enough to entice someone to click.

That being said, does anyone know of a good ad network that pays per impression rather than per click?
