Wish preview an image in properties

Est-il possible d'ajouter un aperçu d'image sélectionné?

I was going to publish practically the same wish, and I found this one, so I add another approach to achieve the image preview in the IDE, which consists in presenting a thumbnail of the image when hoovering the mouse over the file (jpg, png...).
This way we could use it by code or add it to the Designer tab.
