I have made a billing and ordering system using B4A and jRDC2 connected with SQL Server.

See attached an example in B4A which prints on a BT printer that is paired.

The commands used are ESC / POS

You can use a local or hosted server, if you use jRDC2 the only thing you will need to change is the IP address.
