Android Question PROBLEM BLACK BACKGROUND CHECKBOXES+RDBUTTONS

First of all, I would like to apologize if the question was already made. I didn't find it...

I have a problem with checkboxes & radiobuttons in Android 2.3. (Samsung Galaxy S3), their background appears in black.
I attached a picture of the problem.

Do you know what could be the problem?

Why do you have 2.3 on an s3. sure the s3 was born with 4.0.4

This is how checkboxes look on Samsung devices. You can see it in the UI Cloud.

Really? That's a pity!
I tried to put a background image and it didn't fix at the exactly same place as the tick, so I gave up...
