Problem For Executing Exe

Hi Friends,
I Created A Exe File Using C#. It Is Used To Generating A Text File.

When I Execute The Exe File It Is Working Successfully. And also Generate A Text File.

My Problem Is When I Use The Shell("text.exe","") the Exe Is Executing Successfully But It is Not Generating Text File !

I Attached My A Sample Program Here.Please See That

The file is created in Basic4ppc folder. If you compile your program the file will be created in the same folder.
