iOS Question problem in local notification and badge icon

Hello
I use local notification in app
When i run app and allow to show notification,notification and badge not show in my notifications list and icon
My device is iphone 7 with ios 10.2.1
Whats problem?

It is better to post the code as text.

The notification will only be displayed if your app is in the background. Press on the home key after it is registered.
