iOS Question Problem uploading to app store

Hello, I'm having a problem uploading may app in app store. I'm using app transporter to send the .ipa but getting an error. This is the error:

ERROR ITMS-90174: "Missing Provisioning Profile - Apps must contain a provisioning profile named embedded. mobileprovision."

I already created a provision profile for app store and used it but still get this error.
