iOS Question Problem with pictures in AppStoreConnect

Good evening everyone,

I am trying for two hours now, to upload to the app store connect an application and everything was done ok but the pictures (screenshots) I upload they are getting uploaded ok, accepted, displayed ok but then in the place of the picture a grey panel appears with a cloud on it and states that the picture is uploaded but not processed. Has this happened to anyone else? If yes how have you faced that? Meanwhile the whole app store connect site works ok, otherwise I would say that there was an error with the connection.
