where should I put the program icon?
As B4a the name "icon" is correct?

Just add a 1024x1024 icon named "icon-store-1024.png" under <your_project>\Files\Special
B4I will generate the needed intermediate sizes

I followed your advice, I dimensioned the 1024x1024 icon
I named my icon in "icon-store-1024.png"
I copy it in <your_project>\Files\Special
But when I run my app in debug mode I don't see the icon and <project>\Objects\src\Images.xcassets\LaunchImage.launchimage is
empty.

It has nothing to do mistery, you always have to do "clean project" for such changes.
