B4J Question Program works from IDE but not from jar ?

I have modified my program from here https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/t...he-desktop-with-your-phone.60887/#post-385231 and for some reason the b4j runs ok from the IDE but if I run its jar - there are no connections (it uses TCPconnector).
The same program runs on another PC without problems, both with win10.
Jave 101, updated to 111 - no change.
Any idea ?

In debug or Release?
Is the desktop app port free ? (App from IDE is not closing port).
Maybe a FW issue on this PC? (Allowed TCP connections from the IDE program and not on the jar app)

That was a good hint !!! I enabled all the java applications to be on public and immediately got the connection.
