Programador para B4A

Necesito programador para desarrollar app en android, deben entregar el código fuente, la aplicación es de encuestas, se deberán usar los webservices que devuelven datos para generar la encuesta automáticamente(controles y datos) y para enviar, los datos se deberán grabar inicialmente en local (en la tablet) y luego usar los webservices para enviarlos.
