Programmatically creating a WinMo shortcut

I have searched as far as I can, but cannot see any obvious way to create a shortcut in WinMo.

Now, clearly, I can do this by hand, but I wish to automatically do so in Basic4PPC. Any ideas?

Good grief! If only Microsoft made their other formats so easy to decipher!

I'm almost ashamed of myself for asking now lol.... I'd anticipated some horrific structure, and "we don't have a library for it yet"
