Android Question ProgressDialog Placement & Colors?

1. Is it possible to change the background color of the dialog text and background color?
2. Is it possible to place the progress dialog at a particular top position,e.g. I want it to appear at the bottom of my screens?

Use a custom Dialog-library or the CustomToast -Class (CToast) where you can place it wherever you want.
