For instance, shared modules shows: D:\GitFolder\B4A\KioskCode

Build configuration should have a subfolder.
D:\GitFolder\B4A\KioskCode\SpecialProject.
Or
D:\GitFolder\B4A\KioskCode\AnotherProject

This is quite a complicated suggestion as it will require reloading modules every time you change the selected build (what will you do with current changes?).

It is much simpler to use different symbols inside a module.
