iOS Question Publish app on Itunes

Hi,

I follow the tutorial to publish the my first app on iTunes.
I create the release signing app with the host builder and I have two files downloaded nameapp.ipa and tmp.zip in Object folder.
When I create a new app in iTunes connect are required the Suffix ID packet(referred to info.plist) and SKU.
Where I find these information. I use windows PC.

The SKU can be any value you like.

I have another problem that I do not know how to solve. When the app is loaded, the error is shown:
Error: 2018-03-01 08: 10: 26.073 altool [61834: 15390499] *** Error: Unable to validate your application. Please sign in with an app-specific password. You can create one at appleid.apple.com.

I read in the forum that you need to remove the two factor authentication security in your apple account for Itunes connect. The problem is that it is no longer possible to disable this security for accounts created by IOS 10.3 and above, as in my case.

Is there a solution for this? How can I publish the app?
